Free EUDR Scope Check

Does your product fall under the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR, Regulation (EU) 2023/1115)? This quick check is based on the 7 commodity groups in Annex I — cattle, wood, cocoa, soy, palm oil, coffee, rubber — and their derived products. No signup, no data transmitted: the check runs entirely in your browser.

Does your product contain or derive from any of these commodities?

What this check doesn't replace

This check gives a first orientation based on commodity group — it doesn't check exact HS codes in detail and isn't binding legal advice. If you get a match, in practice you'll still need to confirm the exact HS code, the geolocation of the production plot, and the correct risk classification of the country of origin. We handle that as part of the full compliance service.

Frequently asked questions about the scope check

If my product is affected, from when do I need to be compliant?

Large and medium companies from 30 December 2026, micro and small enterprises (SMEs) from 30 June 2027. Company size only grants a later deadline, not an exemption.

What if none of the commodities apply to me?

Then, based on the current Annex I list, your product likely doesn't fall under the EUDR. Since supply chains change, it's worth re-checking if your product range or suppliers change.

What do I need to file if I'm affected?

A Due Diligence Statement (DDS) via the official EU system TRACES NT — including HS code, product description, quantity, and geolocation of the production plot.

Affected? We handle the rest, done-for-you

Scope check, TRACES NT registration, and your first Due Diligence Statement — for €990 (founding price, first 10 clients).
